CFC is a fast food restaurant from PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International. There are 25 new outlets in Indonesia, and they explain year-end strategies to boost profits. Schoolchildren are all on holiday, so that moment is what the company is aiming for.

14% Profit Increase Strategy of CFC

Increasing profits of that size is not an easy thing because CFC must try to be better than the previous year in 2022. Director of Pioneerindo Gourmet Indonesia, Teh Kian Kun, also explained that the fourth quarter has the potential to provide quite a lot of income compared to other quarters. There is a long holiday waiting at the end of the year. In order to increase profits, many new outlets have been opened in Indonesia. The outlet locations are in different areas, making it possible to attract quite a lot of consumers. To date, 20 new outlets have officially opened and are operating. However, the next five outlets will be opened really close to the end of the year.

The director said that the 20 new outlets have made a big contribution to CFC. At least the total contribution of the outlets will reach IDR 30 billion at the end of the year. There is a possibility that the profits earned could reach IDR 50 billion next year. He also provided a statement regarding the locations of the five outlets that will be opened at the end of 2023. The locations are from Sumatra Island to Irian Jaya. Store openings will be made based on market share research and people’s purchasing power according to their location. We all understand that each region in Indonesia has different purchasing power. PT Pioneerindo Gourmet also plans to spend IDR 50 million on each new outlet. So there is a possibility that a total of five outlets will require an allocation of around IDR 250 million. Meanwhile, the total funds that the PT has invested reached IDR 1.25 billion.

The source of funds comes from the company’s cash, said the director. Now, the total number of outlets operating under the company has reached 320. The company also targets to gain 15% greater profits in 2024. However, the director also explained that he and the team will re-strategize to face next year’s challenges. He explained that elections in Indonesia often contribute to increasing the profits of CFC outlets.
